DATA COLLECTION AND USE
We collect personal information from the 'contact us' page, including name, address, phone number and email address. Our contact form is for the express use of responding to customer requests. We do not use any information we collect for marketing campaigns / commercial communications and any contact we make, therefore, is strictly private and personal. We do not collect cookies. We do not ask our customers to subscribe. We do not share any of our clients' personal information with third parties. By completing our 'contact us' form you agree to the terms set out above.
IMAGES
We make every attempt to protect the privacy of our clients by only publishing images on our website and/or social media with their express consent. If you take part in a group photograph, you agree that you do so voluntarily and your image may be displayed at the sole discretion of the end client. We use password protection on galleries where requested. We accept that clients may want the removal of some images from our website and/or social media and we will always comply with such requests.
STORAGE
All images are stored on physical hard drives , never on external servers or cloud based systems. Access to all images is therefore restricted to Payley Photography.
DELIVERIES
We use WeTransfer for the majority of our digital image delivery to our customers' email address. Their privacy policy can be found here.
INFORMATION REQUESTS
If you would like to see what, if any, of your private information we hold, we will gladly share it with you. Any information will be destroyed on request.
Payley Photography is the sole data controller and we reserve the right to change this policy from time to time.
